Each year, applications are accepted for the West Side Nut Club Foundation Scholarship.  Applications are submitted to the University of Southern Indiana for selection.  One student each from F.J. Reitz High School and Mater Dei High School are awarded a $8,000 scholarship to USI.

Recipients must have a G.P.A. of 2.5 - 3.3 and have demonstrated involvement in community service.
